Diverse programs
The Trotter YMCA is fabulous - clean, convenient, tons of activities and the staff is outstanding! Whether we want to reserve a tennis court, workout, take a spin class or hit the pool, it has it all. And it is so affordable. We have 5 in our family and we use the YMCA every week. It is great value and great for the community.
I like being able to register for a class so that I don’t have to worry about getting a place.

Love that you offer Mah Jongg! I wish my local Weekley YMCA would. It shows up weekly on the schedule but there is not one person who knows what it is. They don't seem to be able to remove it from the schedule even though it doesn't exist.
I enjoy some of the group classes. Zumba is my favorite, and I wish you would offer a Zumba class on Sundays. I work, so I can't make the weekday daytime classes, since they are midmorning.
More Zumba, please.

I love the diversity, and the fact that you could go to multiple locations all over the country once your a member. It's also a great way to meet new friends.
The facility is clean and efficiently run. Staff is consistently polite and helpful.

I hear that you are all not providing enough karate lessons, or something of that sort. Also, your hours are shorter, is it because of Covid? You seem to be overstaffed with cleaners/floor people. Most guys are just standing around because there's not much equipment to clean, basically not enough work to be done. Please bring back the towels, bleach kills Covid. Your cleaning practices are top notch (compared to the plethora of gyms I've been too). Also, can you all bring back the coffee in the mornings? Thanks.
