I very much enjoy the weight and cardio machines, the pool and the locker rooms. The staff are also friendly and welcoming.
We feel the facilities are excellent & well maintained. The staff is friendly & personable. They are willing to help. Their membership span a wide age group. And all are able to work with the equipment to meet their individual fitness levels. We are fortunate to live very close. It is also an added plus the the Healthy Grill is there. It provides good healthy food for a reasonable price. The young couple who run work hard to provide delicious constant quality. They are very friendly.
Trotter YMCA always a pleasant, clean, friendly place to exercise. The group classes, equipment and childrens programs are all excellent. Staff are amazing.

The facility is well run, clean, and pleasant. The staff is quite nice.

I enjoy the well equipped workout room and spin studio, as well as the cleanliness of the facility itself and that it is very well maintained.
The social mission is an important and enduring one that I am glad to support through my membership.
Finally, it is the staff - their warmth, friendliness and professionalism - that make the Trotter Y one of my favorite places in Houston.

We enjoy the facility. It gives 2 hours child care while we are working out. I personally enjoy the group exercise classes. Great facility where all age groups have something for them.

Inclusive for every age group
I use the handball courts 3 to 4 times per week along with at least 10 others. Our numbers are growing as players realize how nice and convenient the TFYMCA is. The staff at the Y is very nice as well.
The best YMCA in the city somehow, seems not to value the basketball court, and here's why. Since moving from the greatest facility to the new place the basketball court has not had a makeover in eleven years. The floor is horrible the up keep on the gym is lacking daily attention the downtown ymca was the model for all other (Y)s
I love the Forever Well classes and the instructors. I would like to see more classes that are for senior members, like chair yoga.
