What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love working out at the Trotter Y. I have taken palates classes and utilized the weight room for rehab after knee surgery. The equipment is well maintained and up-to-date. They instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. I also like the people I meet while I am working out. I have also take the water aerobics classes, but the weight room is my favorite. There are many programs at the Trotter Y of which I have not availed myself but at 76, I am still working full time so I really don't have time.

It gives my kids an outlet to be young energetic and socialize with friends in a safe environment.

I routinely use of the large weightroom - mostly use the weight and aerobic machines (not the free weights). The pool is great!

I personally like Sh'Bam! It is a good, fun workout. The instructors are all skilled, enthusiastic, smart people who make the class a community of friends.

The atmosphere is the best. Family friendly, and the staff are super amazing. It has helped us settle into the US much more easily.
