I came to the Y at a time in my life when I was trying to find a place to grow and make new friends. The Trotter Y has been all that and more.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I have been going to the boot camp classes at 5:30 am and to the running club for about 4 years. Juan and Tony have always been supportive, cheerful, knowledgeable, kind, professional. Thanks to them we are like a family where we know each other’s names and we all care about each other. I have always thought that if I moved anywhere I’d have to make sure I always make it on time for boot camp and the running club. I am very thankful I found this group. I also like the possibility to join other classes. I have liked them all.
