Many options for classes and youth activities
I am a big fan of the masters swim program.
I also used to use the facility at lunch for weight and spin classes but now work closer to downtown so go there instead. Still a very nice Y!!

summer activities were great but lax for families that had travel.
I like working on the machines, and that I can go at my own pace. I'm not involved in any activites or programs.
I mainly work out on resistannce equipment, and spinning bike, and ARK.
I do go to programs that seem what I would like to hear or learn more about.
The people are friendly and helpful, and the environment is clean.

I love love love your yoga classes.
Although I love Trotter there is one thing that need your attention in the steam room and its not naked men for Christ sake, However, this steam room needs to be sprayed down with a bleach solution nightly. It smells very bad, and is un-healthy.

Wide variety of classes to fit all fitness levels. I joined to swim. Love the lap pool. People are friendly and always willingly to share a lane.
I work out with Clea. At this point I'm not involved in any activities.

I would like to thank everyone that's apart of the YMCA. We are very proud to be apart of the family. Because of the program and activities here we are to be involved with a variety of programs. Before this was unattainable for a single mom. This is helping my kid's to be well rounded. Helping to create a positive impact on their lives. It takes a Village to change the future. Thank you for your consistency in the lives of some many families. May God continue to bless the YMCA.

Very well organized
The sports director is very involved in ensuring the children have the best experience possible.
Love the extensive equipment and variety of programs. They have tennis courts, a track, full soccer fields, indoor basketball court, swimming pool and much more. If you can’t find something to match your physical fitness needs you are looking hard enough.
You have many offerings and it is easy to find a class. Facility is nice and staff and instructors are qualified.

Great yoga classes
We love being able to do different sports and exercise all in the same place.
Beautiful facility. Usually work out at Stella Link, Trotter is awesome! I have never seen a ymca that looks like that!
Have not used any yet.
I particularly enjoy the Enhanced Fitness for Seniors as well as the Women's Work-out facilities.
I admire the Gardening Group but between Houston's heat and my neuro-muscular issues, I have decided not to participate.
