Chris Moore is great to work with as a trainer. I have not taken advantage of other programs and activities.
It has such a broad variety of exercise programs, for all ages. And the facilities are second to none. Staff friendly and helpful. It’s an 11 on a scale to 10.
The facilities are great and well maintained. Nice mix of people, trainers and staff serving a wide variety of programs.

Lots of programs and flexibility. I also like that as a member I have access to many facilities around Houston and in the US (when I am traveling). The swimming pool and tennis courts are great.

Th e Silver Sneakers Class and I love my Personal Trainer ,Chris Moore.
Out of the YMCA locations the Trotter location treats me and my service animal with the utmost respect and dignity. I especially want to the thank the young female lifeguard that always greets me and asks if she can do anything to support me and my service animal.
Like the designated “ladies only” gym section.
I enjoy the various group classes available.
