I appreciate the variety of classes offered, and most of the instructors are knowledgeable and good at motivating the participants. I also appreciate the childcare facilities.

Pool and weight machines
I primarily go for the fitness classes. My usual days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. I attend the Y for exercise but really enjoy the people I've met through the classes. I think Chris Jones does a great job and I've enjoyed Cindy's AOA class as well.
I enjoy several visits a week to exercise. I also enjoy getting food items at the cafe. And I love your location!
Great community, staff, and facilities. The entire gym received a recent remodel.

Clean and very friendly stuff
The workout facilities are great.
The facilities are are well tended, clean, roomy and parking is easy. I started coming to this location because, although the classes I like are well attended, they are not overpacked so everyone has room to follow along without constantly having to watch out for the person next to them. Also, the staff is well trained and courteous. It’s just a nice place to come in to.
I enjoy the classes, particularly Zumba. The pool is also very nice.
The stretching class with Richard is the best thing in my retired life! The bikes and all the gym equipment availability is wonderful. The staff is kind and personable. And it’s nice to have a restaurant on site. Thanks for being there!

Trotter Instructors are fabulous. Polly in Yoga, Adele and Shan in Silver Sneakers, Richard in Stretching. Jose who sets up our chairs is the bomb!! “The Chairman”!

Group classes and personal training. We really enjoy classes led by Laura Williams and Rachel S. Tamara is an excellent trainer. We are so happy that we found the YMCA!
Personal trainer Christy Christensen is wonderful, I feel so much better and stronger after less than a month.
My only complaint is that the display on the Aqua rower, my favorite cardio, is always out of order. Please get that fixed.
A wide variety of Les Mills Group Exercise Classes. Plus therapeutic Yoga classes, as well as Stretch classes. One of the Flagship of Les Mills subscription. AOA classes as well.
The management does review patrons input and remediate.
Love the green space for strolling or contribution to the upkeep- as a bonus, working in the garden gives you a share of its harvest of greens, tomatoes, figs, persimmons!
Pool activities: laps and aerobics are my mainstay. The guards are attentive, the pool is clean, and the instructors are phenomenal. After class I am motivated enough to do my laps.
On days when weather/safety concerns close the pool during my preferred time, I try to convince myself to do a comparably strenuous workout on an elliptical machine.
The atmosphere is friendly to Christians. Staff are courteous. Facilities are open conveniently.
I like the diversity

I love the range of exercise classes and exercise equipment. I tend to especially like very intense cardiovascular workouts in classes and these are especially valuable to me during the summer at times when it's too hot to run outdoors. I also like them for adding variety to my workouts year-round.
