Excellent choices of activities and times
Exercise classes - spinning
We use your pool for lap swimming in the early mornings and the weight room at varied hours.
The pool is a gem - really good hours, the water temp is usually fine, and it's so clean. It is rare that the pool is closed for chemical/related issues.
Your weight rooms and equipment are typically in good operating condition and any machines that break down are usually repaired quickly. The machine selection is really good and even in peak times, you can move through a workout with minimal wait times.
Locker rooms are much better than many - the re-dos are truly appreciated. Staff is friendly and helpful and the variety of other programs and activities you offer is really extensive.
I like to lift weights and play basketball and use the track and pool and y’all have free coffee too in the locker room and I play racquetball too.

Wonderful variety and family friendly activities. Lots of variety in terms of classes and times.
The trainers are awesome. Good variety of classes, great workout areas with limited wait times, ease of check-in and the mission of what the Y stands for and gives to the community beyond what it does for me.

We don't participate in Y programs but my wife and I do use personal trainers and we benefit enormously. My wife has Parkinson's Disease and her trainer, Everli ,has been a big help by teaching her how to keep her balance along with strength and flexibility procedures.
I use Reuben for my trainer and in just a few months, he has helped me make major advancements in my strength and overall fitness.
As for the programs and activities, I can see from upstairs that they are very popular.

Variety
the important thing is the fact that the members are a priority to the staff .
Love all the various classes and levels. Also the Mexican Train and the Man Jong classes on Thursdays are always such fun with lovely people who share their knowledge and camaraderie.
Also I went on my first field trip to the Houston Holocaust Museum which was well organized, informative, followed by a fun field trip lunch to Treebeard's! Thank you!!!
The individual facilities and the help provided (gym, bicycle swimming pool)
Varuety
Very friendly instructors and staff! A wide variety of classes and schedules.
Nothing in particular, just glad to be able to Coe once in a while.
Large amount of different group exercise classes.
I only use one of the programs at the Y ( that is the knitting group), but donate all my finished knitted projects to the Y. Before Thanksgiving donated my own yarn, needles and all stuffing for the Teddy Bears I made and donated to the Y for children who get little from their families for Christmas. I believe there were either five or six of the large teddies that I made for the Y.
