Would like to have MahJoong gettogether from 10-12 rather than 12:30. And preferably a MAHJOONG class in pm like 3-5pm. Lots of people can’t make AM GETTOGETHER like in Monday’s
The variety of group classes and instructors. However, I continue to be dissatisfied with the policy of unlocking cycle studio before class. If I’m correct, it’s supposed to be no less than 15 minutes before class begins. Some instructors arrive last minute, including subs. This leaves no time for set up, sanitizing bike, bathroom run or warm up. Can’t someone come down and open room 15 minutes prior to class? One employee came down recently, entered room while we stood outside, didn’t speak or make eye contact and left us standing outside. And it was within the 15 mins. before class. Rude! Even the instructor stood in hall with us while this woman did whatever she was doing in the cycle studio. Many members complain to each other. Not sure they’re complaining on survey.

Location and variety of equipment
Low impact aerobics classes and women’s section especially the earlier hours it is open.
Appropriate classes for all age groups and ability levels, friendly staff, great instructors and it’s a walkable distance for me.
I like your facilities and your masters swimming program. I’m sure the others are fabulous, I just haven’t taken part.
The variety of classes.
The programs AND leaders are great
I mainly use the exercise areas of the Y. I haven't taken advantage of any programs yet.
It’s clean and close to my house.
The program for all ages available at the Trotter Y
I like group exercise classes the most - Sh’Bam, low impact aerobics, Tai chi, body pump, barre, Tone, zumba etc.
Excercises
There fine. I don't utilize them as much as I should
Friendly staff and members. Many activities from which to choose.
Wide variety.
Everybody is so kind and helpful!
Silver Sneakers, balance class, and working out.
The fact that the showers and dressing rooms are always kept clean.
I think the gym is very clean and all the equipment is brand new which is awesome.
Few requests, The bench for doing chest workout is just a bit too high from the ground. I've seen others that have to put plates on the floor under their feet to be able to bench press and I'm one of them and I'm 5'10 so not short. If we could somehow lower them just a bit would be awesome
The other thing anyway to get to the men's locker room quicker from the swimming pool then have to walk in freezing building
Overall Love the gym, we're looking for a new home and I'm hoping to buy not too far away from the gym so we can continue coming there for classes and workout.
We have utilized only the weight room with exercise equipment, racquet ball courts, and the pool in summer/when warm. We have not taken advantage of other programs.
Overall at Trotter I have found the staff to be courteous and the facility to be clean. The exercise equipment is new or is well maintained. When broken it is labeled and fixed within a reasonable period. The air conditioning on the racquet ball courts was inconsistent during the summer, though it seems better now.
Court reservations have been erased occasionally resulting in double booking of court. Love to see an online court booking appliance so one could reserve a court without having to call.
I’m satisfied completely for my needs.
Weight-lifting equipment. Friendly staff. Convenient parking
Generally a good value and variety of classes to take advantage of.
