DISLIKE: Excessive use of cell phones by members who tie-up machines while exchanging text messages. Staff do nothing to stop this probably because their supervisors will not back them up.
Clean, friendly, people of all ages and backgrounds, in the neighborhood. Great swimming area. Lots of equipment in the workout room.
Programs are always good. They are convenient.
Proximity to my house
Programs and activities are super. Not pleased with the change of time for classes in the morning. A 10:30 class should not be changed to 10:45 as people have other activities they
need to be at. As you are well aware, the parking is terrible and a parking garage should be built as was planned for years ago. You take up a collection for everything else why not try a parking garage so older people are not made to park across the street, at the very end of the lot or turn around and return home.
The personal trainers should not be allowed to have two people working machines at the same time and then trade machines. That means someone waiting for one of the machines has about a 20 minute wait. Heavy weight balls should not be hit on the floor where people are using the matt. Only two stretch machines are available - not enough. Not enough recumbent bicycles.
Activities are super, facilities clean, staff could be more pleasant.
Staff are very responsive to the wants and needs of the members. I love the Sr Fit programs and am looking forward to trying the pool fitness activities

We have very qualified instructors. There is something for all ages to participate in.
A lot of opportunities for classes and a strong variety of equipment
love them but haven't been able to participate in a while.

Enjoy Tai Chi class due to John being a wonderful instructor and have met some very nice people at the Y!
