I really like the Body Pump, Body Step, Body Attack instructors; however, the pool water is FREEZING, and the men's shower water is tepid during peak hours when lots of guys are showering.

The various programs at the Y are designed to address beginners through highly experienced individuals. Also there are sufficient classes to appeal to the interest of the young as well as seniors.

There is a variety and they are offered at different times so that I can fit them into my schedule.
Varieties!
Love the exercise classes for seniors but wish they would begin at later time. Maybe 9:45 or 10. Also are there plans to offer Pickle ball? I used to play tennis & this sounds like a wonderful alternative for seniors.
It is very complete. Anyone and any level of conditioning can find activities.

I like the availability of the programs and activities. I also like the fact that everyone there is serious about their health.

The instructors are well trained and the classes provide different levels so you can join in and get a good workout to achieve of your fitness goals
Programming that is geared toward senior adults, whether it's group exercise or social activities. Elena Dinkin does an excellent job providing educational, day trips, games days, and social activities to keep us motivated and on the go. Great place to meet new friends and socialize and make lasting friendships.
Friendly environment. I attend the AOA exercise class. John is an excellent instructor.
The class is very crowded, however. Would be great if there was one more class or a larger room. The good news is lots of older people are working to be fit!
