I use the weight and exercise room two or three times per week. Equipment is new and well maintained.
The weight loss program has helped me a great deal. This is the first time I’ve been able to change my eating habits in a way that is not punitive so I can stick with it.
Deena's CRX class Friday mornings at 8.30 is great. I understand there is boot camp there too, but since there is an extra fee, on top of the monthly fee I pay the Y, I'm skipping that.

Great up-to-date facilities; especially like eGym---fantastic! Personnel knowledgeable and friendly---fun family activities--enjoy the group exercise classes and my personal trainer!
I attend Tuesday 5:30 yoga and Dominique is an awesome instructor.
I also attend Thursday yoga and it too is very enjoyable.

Actually, all I do is use the equipment to work out but, apart from occasional problems with the A/C, the faciliteie are great! And the staff is, too!

Enhanced Fitness is a wonderful exercise program for Seniors. Because it is a "sigh-up" program I feel obligated to show up. This assures that at least I will get an hour three times a week of cardio, strength and stretching exercises.
The programs for Seniors held on Fridays with outside speakers are informative and educational. I found a very good Physical Therapy facility and learned about Arthritis through attending specific lectures.
