Love this place! I especially love the fitness classes. That being said, I was disappointed with the adult swim lessons. I enrolled in the group lessons as no private lessons were available. I didn't care for the way the class was organized. Definitely felt it was a waste of money.

Spinning classes are brutal but I love it. It really gets your heart going. But I hate that it's not cooler in the room.
I prefer the classes to be more in line with last fall which included more Yoga type classes and Body Pump offered @ 6:30p. Difficult for working folks to get to 530p classes. Really like Katie, Tomoko and Elizabeth as instructors. Only one Monday 6:30p Body Pump available and no Yoga type classes offered @ 6:30p. Thanks.
I feel like I'm part of the community at the weekly Y. I like to see my co-workers, kid's teachers, and middle schoolers also using the weekly Y. Also, I really enjoy the weight circuit with the bracelet. My daughter also loves childcare but I don't use it as much as I should.
I only use the pool. I like that it is seldom crowded. I don't like the water temperature - always 5 or 6 degrees too warm for lap swimming. I don't like it when they reserve 3 lanes for water aerobics - two lanes provide plenty of space.
Water classes are great!
I do spin class most Mondays. Weight training 1-2 times a week -- free weights and the eGym sometimes. My kid joins me sometimes. My wife and I used to do bootcamp regularly and I hope it will return. Outdoor exercise is actually my favorite. The instructors were pretty solid.

The activities/programs are considerate of all ages. The atmosphere creates the opportunity to be physically active while creating lasting friendships.
Steam room & gym
Yoga and body balance classes are good. Some of the teachers are excellent!
Morning Water Aerobics, 5 days a week.
The people there are very helpful and friendly; it was easy to get signed up. So far,I am just extending my cardiac rehab, but they seem to be well equipped for that.
Too many young kids (younger than 16) in the weight room unsupervised. They take up all the equipment and just stand around socializing. Other than that it's great
Child watch is wonderful and I can workout worry free knowing my children are having a wonderful time with peers their age.
I like the upstairs cardio & weight room. It’s easy to navigate & I never have to wait for a cardio machine. I also like that water exercise classes are offered daily. I enjoyed last night’s evening class. I’d love to have more evening water exercise classes.
