What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I do weight and cardio 3 times per week and swim about 1/week when it is warm and sunny.

I am the "self-appointed safety and maintenance observer.

For some reason the stirrup straps on the stationary bicycles facing north seem to be a problem for maintenance. It seems like one or two are broken every time I am there.

Convenient location to my work. Facility does not have its own track which means you use the machines inside or risk jogging on sidewalks.

The staff at Weekly Family Y are friendly, courteous and always greet you with a smile. I love the ability to register for a class, always find the equipment I need and be led by good instructors.
