I have been using Merry Maids for about a year. Tesla is my girl! She is thorough and very conscientious. But, when Tesla is not available whomever Merry Maids sends does a great job. Merry Maids has some great people because they treat their employees very well. That's the key to a successful business! If you take care of your people, they will take care of you!

I like that the same person is assigned to my home each time I have a cleaning service. Also that my cleaning person is personable and very efficient. I describe her as the energizer bunny. She gets down on her knees for floor boards and lower cabinets. My home sparkles and smells like cinnamon when she is finished.
The people have been amazing. It is such a pleasure to walk through my home after my cleaner is done and know that I don't have to worry about cleaning my house. The job is done -- better than I ever could have done it.
Our cleaner was kind and understanding of our moving situation, and very thorough with the clean. I don't know what products merry maids use but I need them because everything was so shiny and streak-free when she was done!
