I liked that the ladies were professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned what I asked then to and more. The house smelled wonderful and sparkled they were both very nice and polite. I welcome them back. I recommend Merry Maids.
Merry Maids has an excellent team of workers. I have never been disappointed in my service and have had several different women supply it. I like the fact that I get a text message when they are coming and it also lets me know of their progress and when they are finished. They use eco friendly products and usually do something extra each time. I have beed a customer for 6 years and will continue to be one. My current "maid" is Teresa and she is excellent!!!!

Good job. One notation. At the last cleaning, First name removed told me the thermostat was damaged. Platic on the top was broken. It still functions so it's ok. Would appreciated a heads up if something like this does occur so I can tell First name removed it's ok and not to worry about it. He's worried Carolina will get in trouble. I dont want this to happen. Accidents do occur.

Fantastic job at cleaning every room and dusting. Always ask if there is a specific area which needs extra attention prior to cleaning. They do not cross Contaminate their rags or mops. Everything is changed out before moving on to next room.

In this time of uncertainty, we all want a safe and secure home to try to survive in. The Merry Maid products clean and sanitize my condo. The Maids clean things I didn`t even think of and therefore, I feel very comfortable living in my home. The Merry Maid ( Sabrina ) is very knowledgeable about the products she uses and explains anything I ask about them.
