Sylvan Mississauga made me feel comfortable from my first contact and that comfort has continued to increase. The staff and the program have been terrific for my daughter, not only increasing her technical math skills, but her confidence as well. The environment is friendly and relaxed and the staff have worked closely with us throughout the year, even being flexible and understanding when our schedules changed. Sarah, the centre director, is professional, knowledgeable and approachable. I value and trust her opinion. I would highly recommend Sylvan.
Flexibility in times, and very good at matching teachers with students.
Also impressed that they don't stick to one lesson plan - if there's a test the next day, they teach to the test, which is important for the kids since it's probably all they're thinking about at that point.

Sylvan accommodated us on very short notice to assist my son with studying for exams (which we didn't realize he needed until 3 weeks before exams). SYlvan understand the program & ciriculumn of the high schools academic level math.
