I like the friendly attitude from the staff members. That goals for the students are discussed with me and worked on. That all levels of students can be helped and educated in a safe and positive setting and that as a parents I get a chance to review the progress of my child. I appreciate being heard when there is an issue and getting the issue resolved without conflict and quickly.

Knowledgeable and sincere. I was very pleased that an assessment was done within very little time so that the learning plan was devised and sessions started almost immediately. I appreciate the long term 'strategic' view that Sarah takes when planning and prioritizing. To date, all of the instructors have been top notch and my son is still keen to go!
