I am an online instructor and did not realize it would take almost two weeks to get internet service installed at my house. They actually came a few days earluer than expected. I am so grateful for the quick and easy installation with a knowledgable technician.

The person who came to my home and installed the new system for me was most courteous and helpful. My only complaint with the new system is that I occasionally lose sound and also the ‘freezing' of the picture. I found that if I turn the tv off and start over, the picture and sound do resume. Surely, there must be a way to adjust for this.

I like the cable we have now. You are changing BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU CAN'T HAVE A "COMMUNITY" MEETING TO EXPLAIN ALL OF THIS IN REPUBLIC. It always has to be in Courtland. YOU DO HAVE MANY CUSTOMERS IN REPUBLIC that won't or can't drive to Courtland but I guess they will figure it out. The Tech person that comes out to fix the problems is very accommodating and a really great guy. I hope you keep him as long as you can.
