Despite Hank's psycho separation anxiety at hand-off, he's clearly happy there. I see him following you all around when I peek at the web cam, which tells me he likes and trusts you. And I'm glad to give him a lot of dog time, since he's reactive (over excited, not aggressive) on leash, so we can't say hi to dogs we see on walks. I do wish there were outdoor access, which I realize is impossible in your location, so I can live with that.
The staff was very friendly and I thought it was adorable how dogtopia takes a first day of daycare picture! I also love the webcam feature so you can check in on your pup as you please!
Syler has a wonderful time every visit to Dogtopia. I love how the staff recognizes his name when I make a reservation and seem so excited to see him. Syler loves the attention and care and I always know he will be cared for and loved, so I can relax when he is there.

I was a little disappointed with the floors not being cleaned up fast enough. I realized some rooms have many dogs pooping and peeing. There should be more then one person cleaning the floors quicker.

Everything! Everything is handled by the employees to make it easy to pick up and drop off your dog.
I appreciate how organized the manager is with taking dogs at the door, sending out newsletters with Important info, and the quick email replies from all associates. All services are done with care and love for the doggies and their owners and it’s evident. My pup was so scared to socialize after his run in with an awful daycare but after a couple of weeks at dogtopia, he went back to being himself. It’s only because of the employees at dogtopia and their top tier service that got him there. You guys rock!
Y'all are awesome. You take fabulous care of the dogs, offer owners flexibility with early opening hours, and great spa services. My dogs love it.
Dogtopia of Canton is the best!! My pup loves going there and darts out of the car right when we pull up. The staff are all super friendly and I love that I can check in on my doggo during the day on the webcams!
The app is super easy to use for appointments and curbside pickup. Staff friendly... fun to watch the pup on the webcam!

The Staff is so friendly and accommodating. They know my dog by name and I feel that she is in a safe, clean, fun and positive environment there. I also love that I can watch her play on the WebCams!

Great place for my puppy. I feel comfortable leaving her there while I am at work. She returns home very happy and tired from playing with her buddies.
My dog loves all the workers and he isn't a "people" type of dog.The app is paid plenty of attention to while going to curbside because they are super quick.Only thing I'm not a fan of is location cause like I said not a super friendly guy(we started daycare to socialize him but he seems to only like you guys🤦)but that isn't a fault of Dogtopia and in actually I'd love it if he wasn't super high anxiety.Also I'm pretty sure that when we boarded him after nails not being cut due to quarantine that someone took him and did that.It was never mentioned or charged but didn't go unnoticed!!
