Unfortunately, I cancelled my weekly subscription and went to Camp Bow Wow instead. I like Dogtopia MUCH better that Camp Bow Wow, however, at Camp Bow Wow I can a) pay in cash, b) buy a packet of daycare visits at a discount (I have the 20day package at $30.80 per full day). That is the reason why I left. I asked two different people at two different times for packages and paying upfront, and they would not accommodate. You used to do package deal when I was at Dogtopia last.
If you let me to buy packages instead of a weekly subscription, I will come back to Dogtopia.
Here is what I like better about Dogtopia. I like that you have crates in the play rooms and that you crate the dogs for about two hours. It gets them used to crates and also gives them a break. I also like that you use the crates if a dog needs time-out. I love that you have a good size outdoor space and that you rotate the playgroups to the outdoor space once a day.

Very amiable and customer service oriented employees. I was very impressed with the care given to my puppy. My pup Finn was very excited to go the second day which says a lot about Dogtopia opia.
Staff were friendly, helpful, and very understanding. They gave us updates on our dog's first day, which we greatly appreciated because our dog has separation anxiety and can get overwhelmed.

Everyone is just so nice! My baby is happy there and comes home exhausted. The webcams were also a dealbreaker for us so I’m so glad they have them.

Daycare/appointment requesting is easy on the App. Curbside service is quick, usually a matter of seconds. All interactions with staff members have been wonderful. Having ability to watch on webcam is great. Most of all, my dog loves it. She is all wags and wiggles during drop off and pick up. Can not put a price on that.
I cannot say enough about Dogtopia. Sawyer gets so excited when he realizes he is going to daycare -- Dogtopia has been such a positive influence for Sawyer. Also, the team members who watch and take care of the dogs are the best of the best!

Dogtopia canton has always been supportive of our dogs health and needs. Recently management and staff handled community health scare with professionalism and care for our dogs. I appreciated how they handled the crisis.
