I love how we get to watch our pups during the day. It really brings so much joy to my heart! I also love the positive socialization experiences with dogs of all age and sizes. My handsome boy doesn't ever get this much play time at home and as much as I love to play with him... I'm still no dog lol!
I love how the staff remember his name and observe how he's doing during the day and who his new friends are and tell me about it!
I love how they make sure he gets his lunch and gets a nap.
And finally... I love being able to get things done at home without him there! I love to have him around, but I can be extremely productive when he's off having play time with all the other pups.

The care and love Tucker gets is beyond compare.
They love Enzo and Enzo loves them! Dogs are a great judge of character and I would be worried if my dog didn’t want to go in and was too excited to leave. However, it is the opposite! Enzo can’t wait to go in the door and has to say goodbye to everyone before he leaves! A great worry is lifted from my shoulders knowing I can leave my sweet boy somewhere where he is safe and loved.

Transparency in communication
We love Dogtopia! Piper, our dog, gets so excited when we pull up in the morning. I also love that I can get spa services while she’s at daycare. The staff loves our dog and we love them for it!
I like that I can drop my pups off when last minute plans change. They get excited in the car on the way there and they are sleepy puppies when I bring them home. The webcams on the app are a great feature. I check on them all the time.

The hours are very convenient for medical personnel working 12-hour shifts (7-7), since Dogtopia is open from 6 am until 8 pm.

The consistency, policies, rules, standard procedures. Keep the staff paying attention to the dogs! Every once in a while I see a staff's back turned and then dogs humping another.... I do think the more dogs in the room, the ratio for staff to dog should go up.
I love the curbside pickup and drop off. I especially love the report cards, it’s nice to know that he is enjoying his visits. Jackson comes home hungry and tired, that’s the sign of a great doggie daycare day!
The hours and rates are great!
Employees at Dogtopia truly take the time to get to know each family and their special pup. My dog loves spending time there and gets to run around all day and socialize with other puppies instead of being in the house all day. McKayla and Coach Mac (I hope I spelled that right) go above and beyond! They always communicate with us in the best way and I feel at ease knowing Baan is safe and loved there.
Blue Ribbon standard from start to finish! Staff on the phone and in person are super friendly and helpful. The facilities and services offered are excellent. Love that we have webcam access and email updates. So glad I found Dogtopia!

The virtual play room is the best way to check on my dog! Gives me a huge sense of peace knowing he ok because I can check on him throughout the day!
I appreciate that my pup is safe and the staff is always so nice! One recommendation is that she usually always comes home dirty, the paws are black and there are black spots on her fur so I have to take time to thoroughly sanitize/clean her. Also a bit disappointed that the 5 day packages were removed , with my work schedule I am mostly remote so she doesn’t need to go in every week. It would be amazing to have a package that is offered like the 125 weekly for unlimited (7 days) as a package to purchase and use as needed. Since my work schedule changes weekly.
