I appreciate the attention paid to the safety of the dogs. I appreciate the approach to energy/demeanor for new dogs, and for existing dogs and how that can change each day, as they progress through the day. It's clear that the canine coaches love our dogs (um, Mabel is in love with Sean). Each dog is treated as an individual with individual needs.
My experience is that staff are kind, loving and care about the dogs in their care. My dog loves to go to Dogtopia to play with his friends, and I have no worries when he's there. Boarding experience is the same. Hats off to all the staff at this location.

The staff was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. The groomer did an amazing job! All of the employees were so kind and knowledgeable it made me so comfortable leaving my dog there.

I love that the facility is indoors. Amy and Reanna are so personable when I called and brought Reco for his meet and greet! Not sure of the girl who did Reco's eval but she was personable too! I highly recommend DOGTOPIA in Longwood..the one in Apopka is closer for me but when I called whomever answered the phone was not bubly and informative so I chose the Longwood location. LOVE that i have access anytime to the Webcam and you're open 7 days a week and can come in ANY time! Reco had the best day ever!! Thank you to all your wonderful staff ❤️ 🐾 🐾 💙 see you soon

The Staff is wonderful. My dog loves daycare, it is very clean and i like having the Webcam if I want to check on my dog.
Friendly staff, bath & trim provided even without appointment while at day care. Shiloh was very tired out when we got home.

Staff are professional and friendly, spa services are great but most of all my dog Ginger is happy and better behaved. Highly recommend Dogtopia in Longwood.
