I have a very nervous and anxious dog. The staff at Dogtopia Longwood took the time across a few different visits while going through the meet & greet process. I cannot say enough good things about the patience, care, and understanding they had in our process. 10/10 I would happily recommend them to any and all of my fellow dog owners.
I love how welcoming it is. Seeing how happy my dog is when he comes in and everyone treats him so wonderfully. I know that he is safe and happy. Plus the many different activities that's provided
It's obvious the staff enjoy their jobs and love the animals. The fact that they sent a video and pictures of my dog having fun was a plus. Attention to detail is a big thing for me and this Dogtopia definitely has that.

I like that the company has added a variety of treats and meals for an option especially if we forget to bring their own food. The cameras are very useful, but need improvement because when i look it often freezes and i have to get out the app and go back in and it sometimes still is stuck.

I love that my pups get to enjoy socializing with other dogs for the day instead of being cooped up at home while I'm at work. The staff is friendly and location is perfect for us!

Friendly and compassionate staff, helpful with questions and reassurance. I enjoy ability to see my pet on camera. I appreciate the consistency with the schedule for the dogs with nap time and room assignment. I like the events and options for snack. Pick up and drop can be challenging at times, but I enjoy the updates provided. Staff always seem willing to address any concerns with my pet. I like the hours provided that allow for flexibility.

My dog does not need to sit in her kennel all day while I work. She has fun playing with the other dogs at dog topia. I like that I can look in through the cameras and check on her through the day.
