Other places sell similar products but what puts you apart is the knowledge of your staff and the customer experience. It’s almost like family. Brayden was obviously busy, even missed his lunch break, but he got my bike ready, answered all my questions and provided excellent advice.

You carry great products but the thing I most valued about my recent visit to the store was the knowledgeable and friendly service I received. Bridget spent time to understand how I planned to use the boots I was purchasing and then patiently showed me options. She took time to check the fit, even adjusting insoles when necessary. I left the store, boots in hand, and very happy with the experience I'd just had. THANKS!!!
