I am very happy with the experience we had on Saturday! First of all, we brought all 4 of our young kids with us and not once did I feel like we were a burden or an inconvenience on the sales staff and that itself goes a very long way! We had a budget in mind and it was respected, as well as all of our “new to biking” questions answered without feeling belittled. Thank you so much Bart (I hope that was your name, I apologize if not), we will definitely be coming back in the future!
