staff took time to explain things in helpful way
I took my bike in to have my grips replaced and a mirror installed. This work was done quickly and in a very friendly fashion.
I had been in the day previously to have this work done but initially declined as I thought the cost of the grips were too expensive. My old grips were secured at no cost, a pleasant surprise.
