Quality products and good service
Great products, great service, fantastic staff, a business that is engaged with the community. For me, supporting local businesses is very important because, as with Wild Rock, they give so much back. I find Wild Rock's prices high, but not unfairly so. And, for all of the reasons above, I'm willing to pay them.
The quality of your products
Love the store layout, great staff and service. Beautifully merchandised. Competitive pricing. One of the best outdoor stores in the country. I try to model my business after WRO. Imitation is the highest form of flattery! I like that Kieran is doing the videos too.
I enjoy the team atmosphere with Wildrock supported events and rides. Alex Groenke is fantastic to work with. Special promotions on equipment (e.g. lights for night rides) are very much appreciated.
Staff was very helpful in trying to get the product even though the manufacturer was not sending anymore of that product. Great selection of items for the outdoors.

What is there not to like. Your store is full of cool stuff. The hardest part about visiting is the not spending money. Your store is a very difficult one to simply browse in.

In addition to all that, Wild Rock, as a company, and the owners and employees as individuals, are engaged in our City doing concrete things to improve it. Everything from, working to promote Peterborough as a tourist destination, to the bringing the Banff Film Festival here, to serving on PBAC to providing prizes and support to many other local initiatives E.g BEL Rotary Ride. Wild Rock and its employees epitomize the meaning of the phrase "good corporate citizen" and you don't rest on your laurels.
