I like the store, it's beautiful and all the clothes and bikes are so nice. I also like the bargain basement because I like deals and don't mind if it's not the most current.
I think it would be so awesome if you could have a bigger gear swap section because I think it's a good practice to encourage - not throwing things out but passing them along.

I love how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. They are always willing to take time to answer any questions and to help a inexperienced cyclist,Nordic skier get the right gear for the beginner.
Also their drive train cleaning clinic was extremely helpful to a rookie road cyclist.

Wildrock offers so many different products and I have purchased many, from a new Trek bike to an Osprey backpack to a plug converter for New Zealand. I have made use of their many services as well including a bike fit, bike tune up and the best one ... a bike trip!! Awesome! Everything in one store.

I know mountain biking is not your main part of bikes. One thing I did notice, I looked at my bike in the basement first and it was a really encouraging area to buy. When I walked in and the bike was on the main floor, that made me instantly want to purchase. The price of the bikes and amount of real estate it takes up, would be excellent to see on the main floor. I almost walked out the first time thinking you got out of mountain biking!
