Wild Rock (Tari) know what they are doing when the customer (me) doesn't! I needed a part for my bike and she knew exactly what I wanted.
Wild Rock sets the bar for customer service (I am biased, but it is still true). I am constantly disappointed when I am in other stores and I do not receive the same level of customer service we provide at Wild Rock. As a staff I am also proud of the product we carry. I trust (and use) the brands we carry and know that when I am making recommendations to customers I can rely on the product being high quality and meeting their expectations.
Staff in cycling, camping, and paddle sports have always been very welcoming and friendly. Knowledge is freely shared which makes jumping into a purchase so much easier. I always enjoy visiting the store and don't feel like I'm wasting time when I'm there to gather product ideas...purchases usually come on subsequent visits. Thanks for carrying products that are well made and giving staff the space to be awesome.

I couldn't find someone when I was looking to ask a question. Three were chatting at the back door and when I went and asked if one of them worked here, they were honest, upbeat, attentive and I got exactly what I needed and you got a sale.
