Super selection of lots of differnet brands - but it is the customer service that i make the drive for! I walked in with my bike Friday, and Brayden walked over and took it form me, carried it downstairs to service and just helped me with the things I needed to purchase or upgrade for it - at the same time, my husband was waiting on Calum to install a new dorpper post for him, something he had to special order in....service is amazing!!!

The staff are well versed and able to help us no matter if we are looking for paddles, foldable kayaks, eBikes or other gear. We feel assured that our purchases are the right ones when we leave Wildrock and we know that if we are not happy with our purchases, Wildrock will make it right.
Staff are well trained and use what they sell making them able to guide us reliably through our purchases. We are greeted as we enter the store and guided to the right salesperson for whatever we are looking for on a particular day.

The service in the bike department is second to none. Brought my bike in with two issues and rather than taking the bike and keeping it, they did a quick diagnostic and 20 minutes later it was fixed.
When we buy footwear from you guys, it reminds me of the classic days of Kmart when the person was knowledgeable about the footwear and you don't leave more confused.
Actually your people are always knowledgeable about all products you sell, and if they don't know they find out and follow-up. Also everyone is very friendly. Give them all a raise!
