Products are of excellent quality. It doesn't matter if you are talking about shoes, boots, jackets or sweaters the items wear well, are comfortable, and functional for many years. I have boots that are 15 yrs. old, jackets of varying ages from 5 to 25 yrs. old that still are presentable, just wash and wear.
The services are served with knowledgeable staff.

I have enjoyed shopping in your store since you opened. I’ve moved away from Peterborough but still return for items I need, or just to browse. The staff are very friendly and helpful if you want help or if I’m just there to browse, the staff don’t hassle me. I like the layout of the store and the brands that you carry. Buying quality pays off in the long run and I am still wearing the same base layers and outer layers that I bought years ago. I just add a new piece here and there. I buy new smart wool or icebreaker socks for 6 adult children every Christmas! I bought my first Fig piece last year, had been eyeing Fig products for awhile. I also appreciate the sales room downstairs, it’s fun to browse in as well.
