Since I began my membership I’ve been encouraged to lead a much healthier lifestyle and it’s totally changed my life for the better! I’ve met a lot of friends at the Y….. I love my Y family. I would highly recommend the Southwest YMCA. Come workout with us!

I go to the pool later in the day not a lot of people I work out at my pace. I could do without the music but all in all it is still my time for me. The women life guard is super friendly I know she is usually there at 1230.

Great coaches
The family atmosphere is just outstanding. The lifeguards are so kind and helpful. The locker rooms are always spotless clean. All the equipment is taken care of and very, very rarely is it out of order. The staff is just wonderful
Our kiddo is very hesitant to put his face in the water and Ms. Meghan is doing an amazing job of challenging him and helping him push his boundaries. Although he is hesitant to go under water he is becoming so much more comfortable in the water and that’s our number one goal. Ms. Meghan is patient and obviously very experienced as a swim teacher.
Love love the instructor Stacy. She has been Awesome for Elijah. I would highly recommend her.
The Y is a family-oriented facility. My granddaughter is taking swim lessons - she's two - and loves every minute of being in the water. She looks forward to her lesson as if it is a great new adventure, and she would love to stay longer. Definitely a worthwhile experience!
