What do you like best about the YMCA?

I like the classes offered the best. I have been creating nice workout buddy relationships in those classes. I look forward to going to most of the classes. The instructors are very friendly and make you feel welcome too!

I love the swimming pool, But the water is inconsistent in temperature. I love that you're only 7 miles from my house so you're very convenient.

Great instructors for various classes and wonderful members, some of whom have become best friends. Also, nice variety of equipment for anyone who prefers to use machines

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love the many offerings during the day especially yoga and Silver Sneakers. Sandy Meadors puts great effort into her classes. She keeps it fresh and inviting to all levels. She is a star!
Not sure there is any space, but even more Silver Sneakers classes would be great.
The extra activities for seniors such as trips to the winery are much appreciated. The SW Y is like family.
