The best thing is the pool, you can get the exercise equipment at most gyms. The pool with the pool aerobics really helps my hip and knee replacement

The Southwest YMCA has made several improvements in recent years, from modernizing cardio equipment and locker rooms to playing a wider variety of music. The SW Y staff is welcoming (shoutout to Miss A), and the dedication of branch managers is evident. Don’t let the location in SW Jefferson County dissuade you from giving this fitness jewel a try!

Classes are a nice size and the teachers are all so patient with the kids.
Put sports or something else on the TV's in the lower level instead of the constant news on two of them. I'm sick of seeing the same thing over and over. They could have been showing the Louisville game instead.
