What do you like best about the YMCA?

The facilities are always clean, the list of classes are extensive, and the staff is AMAZING! The care with which they take to accommodate for everyone's needs is exceptional. I love that it a no judgement zone. Each employee encourages you no matter what level you are at. This place has made such a difference for me. In 6 months I have lost 32 pounds and am eating better than ever. My lab work is no longer flagged, and I have energy now. I socialize during classes and have made new friends. I can't say enough good things about this organization.

Friendly atmosphere and plenty to do. But we have to move and weekly exercise is a big part of that ! Stay active.

The staff and members are very friendly and make you feel welcome. It has a family atmosphere. The pool is great. The early morning hours work best for me.

The swim staff has been awesome for my grandsons taking lessons. They have been awesome dealing with one of my grandsons is special needs.
