Family It’s not just a Gym. We are each others support team. Shannon Sandra and the Friday Zoomba instructor. AM class. They really do a FANTASTIC JOB with all of us. Silver Sneakers class's the girls really give step by step instructions LOVE the FAMILY atmosphere.
Can’t leave Willey aka Rubber Band Man. We ALL love him. The new Boom Class is a Great Hit. I tried it once FUN. I JUST LOVE OUR FAMILY

Everyone is friendy and nice. I love the pool and it is well maintained. I love getting a nice hot shower after a relaxing workout in the pool.
