The people! The instructors are absolutely the best!! I go to the silver sneakers and Boom classes. MeMe, Sandy and Shannon are masters of those classes!

Everyone is kind. Both the employees and the women I have met. It means alot to me. I have stress and it helps. Everyone has stress but I have more than my fair share right now. Thanks YMCA

Very friendly staff. I had a small membership billing problem and it was straightened out very quickly. I love having access to the pool for my wife and I. The water classes and trainers have been great. AquaPalooza was a lot of fun. First time attending it.

The "Y" is a very safe place. All the faculty and members are friendly.
The facillity is always clean. It is hard to explain, but it is a great place in Southwest Louisville to exercise and communicate with other people
