The facility is clean. The staff has been so friendly and helpful. I was amazed at the various types of exercise classes offered. I've taken advantage of the pool and sauna. Plus, everyone I've met at the YMCA involved in classes have been welcoming and encouraging. As a senior citizen I'm excited to have a facility which offers so much. My only regret is that I never took advantage of joining the YMCA much earlier.
I like the area. The staff is nice. I like the new cardio equipment. The facility is clean. It's a little bit of a small place but it seems to work.

Family It’s not just a Gym. We are each others support team. Shannon Sandra and the Friday Zoomba instructor. AM class. They really do a FANTASTIC JOB with all of us. Silver Sneakers class's the girls really give step by step instructions LOVE the FAMILY atmosphere.
Can’t leave Willey aka Rubber Band Man. We ALL love him. The new Boom Class is a Great Hit. I tried it once FUN. I JUST LOVE OUR FAMILY
