We used to go all the time before covid 19. We have just recently returned and this will be our first week back. Looking forward to it. There's a lot of new equipment to try!

There is a great community feel. The group fitness classes and instructors are amazing. The facility is exactly what you need and has a lot of options for your own workouts too.

The staff is friendly and helpful.
Michelle’s Boot Camp Class was awesome!!! It’s challenging, stimulating with great music, the participants are encouraging and supportive, and it FUN!!! The instructor always showed modified version of exercises to accommodate ALL fitness levels.
I brought a guest and Michelle’s Boot Camp Class made them want to become a member of The YMCA.

Sandy Meador’s yoga classes. She challenges you but at the same time is aware that there are different skill levels. She is extraordinarily well prepared and gives it her best every class.

I go because of the pool. I'm older & it's easy on my bones. Have met a lot of new friends & we hang out outside of the pool. I LOVE that the top comes off in the summer. Makes it perfect in my opinion.
