What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love the yoga classes. Swan is amazing and nurturing. Rebecca is adventuresome, sharing, and kind. Janice brings her challenging workout to the class. Katie always challenges us and allows me to feel very safe and appreciative on the mat. Mary's classes are dependably challenging and welcoming. I truly appreciate the deep knowledge and training Swan and Katie bring to the classes and share with the students. I am able to carry their insights into the other yoga classes and expand my practice. I am thankful, everyday for the yoga offerings at the Y.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love the warm greeting you get when you walk in, it’s always a smiling face waiting to say hello and ask how you’re doing. It’s like the show CHEERS where everybody knows your name!
