I really enjoy the classes- Zumba and body pump and the staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love the Ymca and the workers I go to water aerobics five days a week and swim in between I get a lot of water exercise and I love it. I am addicted and that’s a good thing to be addicted to.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Water classes are varied, mostly fun and what I need to try to keep healthy.
I don't know about the workout area and have not considered working with machines
and other devices.

Love everything. Love how Southeast Ymca is like family. We love each other and care for each other and foster community relationships. Love that there is something for Everyone. Love all the activities and creativity and continued Love and Support.

Centralized location and not too crowded. Still has all the amenities that you would expect from the YMCA, some are just a little outdated.

I like the water aerobicshoes because the instructor is so great and energetic. People are so nice and helpful
I also like the Forever fit classes because I can go at my own fitness level.

I chose this location for the dept of the swimming pool. The staff is incredibly friendly is the bonus
