What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love that I can bring my child. So I can’t make the excuse that I don’t have someone to watch them while I go to the gym.

I love that they have every piece of equipment that I need for my workouts.

From the minute I joined, everyone that works there was helpful and kind. The front desk people were great in getting me acclimated, and the shallow water instructors are wonderful. There’s lots of very friendly people in the classes I’ve attended. And, it’s clean! Win-win!

I am taking Karen's Weight Training for Weight Loss. I am very excited about the class. I have taken Karen's Barre class at Norton Commons. She's a great trainer and instructor.
