The staff
The cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of staff. Also the variety of workout and group fitness rooms alleviates overcrowding in a particular area. The unique lodge entrance and community gathering area is very inviting.

The YMCA has plenty of equipment, is kept clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Membership is affordable and location is convenient

The group exercise classes
• The people working at the front desk greet us by name and wish us well as we exit the building after our workout each day.
• The atmosphere promotes friendliness among fellow patrons by the group fitness instructors who invite comments, participation in routines, and feedback on the way classes are held. Patrons talk among themselves and approach leaders with concerns about improving, revising, maintaining or otherwise making or not making changes in programs/classes. You guys listen.
I like that it is family oriented, clean and has different options for staying fit.
The swimming pool is nice. Also the workout areas are very clean and nice too.

I love having a place to go and be healthy with my family. I love group work out classes. I like to take my kids swimming. I love that there is a hot tub at the Norton Commons Y and I can watch my kids from the hot tub. I just love it
