Great childcare that makes both my toddler and my older kiddo happy and comfortable. I love the variety of classes offered and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I'd love to see s late afternoon Rev and Flow class offered.

The Y has a variety of options to exercise so I don’t get tired of doing the same thing all the time.

It is a clean comfortable place to workout. I like the indoor track for when the weather is too bad to run outside. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful with any need you may have. I like that it is open, airy and lots of sunshine to light up the workout area.
