The quality of the instructors.
I like the group fitness classes. I wish there were more step classes. I like the one on Thursday morning,but I’m not always available in the mornings. My son likes the track. My husband and I like the free weight area.
Why are there so many incentives for new members I.e.,”pay the day” , no join fee, but no discounts for loyal members. I’ve been a member since 1993.
