Very friendly personnel. Clean facility. Really enjoy the water aerobic classes. Instructors mix up the routine so you don't get bored. Just wish the talking during the class could be discouraged. Sometimes you cannot hear the instructor. However overall, I really like this place.

I love how Friendly the check-in staff is about the YMCA. I enjoy the flexibility and the hours.
I would love it if they would get fans on the running track because there’s not much air circulation on the second floor. I love being able to go there and having the equipment available

The options...plus 2 pools and one is SUPPOSED TO BE A WARM FAMILY POOL..the cleanliness...the hospitality...clean showers..water and land activities...lots of machines...great place

We love this Y. It has so many wonderful amenities but as a family the kids club is what stands out the most. Mia, Alex, Michelle and the whole staff are phenomenal. Their patience with the kids is inspiring. We have been going here for months and just utilized the parents night out offering. It was everything we needed and more. Our kids had an absolute blast and the time with my spouse was so cherished. Thank you for all that you all do!

Feedback — for lap swim booking a member can book only two lanes , even if they have 4 household members . It ask for different email id . Also if people are not using they should be able to cancel the booking also .
I enjoy the NC YMCA for the many offerings it has. Going there regularly not only makes me better but also results in increasing friendships which result in a family feel where many of us help each other with problems or progress. Physical and emotional growth are achieved through these friendships.
