My kids love it
The leadership is great. Friendly atmosphere. I used to be a health coach back in 2016 to 2018. The only concern I have is when a tribe of teens or young adults come in and monopolize one of the machines, talking on their phones disrupting others from accessing the machine. The Health Coaches should move the tribes of young adults quickly as the machines are designed as a circuit not for set after set.

love the circuit training equipment at Norton Commons. Wish Northeast had the same. They recently got new equipment but it is not the same top quality equipment as Norton Commons.
Personnel who works for Y are great too. I especially like Joe. He does such a good job cleaning and he is such a sweetie. Meredith is one of my favorites too. She is always so warm and welcoming.
The lap pool temp is very good, it was 82 last week. I usually swim at NE ymca but their lap pool is 83.5-84 and it is terrible to swim in. I have complained to the NE ymca but they refuse to lower the temp. NE pool needs to be renamed the "Aqua jumper and Aqua biker" pool NLOL (Not laughing out loud)

The people. The only issue I had was with Danielle. Was unprofessional and was shocked because everyone is Amazing!
Clean facility with friendly staff. Equipment is always in great shape. I usually don’t have to wait for equipment.

I like how close it is too my home. I like the classes, particularly the ones Kathy teaches. She works hard to get to know us and get us to know each other. It gives a family feeling. I also like that when I go, I can almost always find a treadmill. The desk staff is always friendly.

It’s clean & friendly. Great Teachers ! May not be as fancy as Milestone but much lower price.
