Cleanliness and kid friendly
I like the friendly employees of the Northeast Y. I have been a member of this branch since it opened, attend daily, and have never come across an employee that was not friendly or helpful. This statement sounds sexist or bias, however it is not made with that intent , the newly hired male employees have made a great difference in the cleanliness of the adult men's locker room.
The help available in the wellness, machine and weight area is always helpful when needed.
I have noticed the uptick in maintenance throughout the facility.
Aquatics classes and Senior fitness classes.
It’s a great place to go to for exercise, friendships, and informative meetings. All of the activities for seniors helps keep me active.

I enjoy the expansive amount of activities available. The facility is nice, and equipment is in good shape.
The only thing I do not like is the abundance of people who lift weights without shoes on. It’s nasty and unsafe - there should be signage to discourage this.
I love the classes and instructors. Danielle, Penny, Bonnie, Autumn, and Cindy are awesome. Everyone is so welcoming especially Marty and Dana.

YMCA Northeast is a beautiful, very clean campus. All of the people who work there have been friendly and helpful. I can give it my highest recommendation.
Calypso Cove
This is by far the best YMCA I’ve ever been to. From the cleanliness of the facility, to the friendliness of the staff, to the variety of equipment and classes offered.
Staff is great, great equipment, great classes.....GREAT GYM!
Life guards help make my kids feel safer and allow me to relax a little and enjoy. Great snack shack and lots of options for kids to play. Absolutely love it

Barb, Rachel, Dave, Samantha, Bill and Dana. They are all so nice and personable and so very knowledgeable and helpful. Live Strong is such a wonderful option for patients to become stronger and feel as normal as they can. Such a blessing to so many. I volunteer at the cancer center and visit patients. I always tell them about live strong and what it can offer them. Such encouragement for all to get back to life!
