Childcare staff! Our kids have a blast being active while we work out.

I really enjoy the classes I take at this facility. Especially like Kathy Mullaney’s classes. She his wonderful. Also takecTerrie’s class which is very good.

The community and having options for both my kids and me. This helps me as a parent to encourage healthy choices for mind and body, and of course socialization during these developmental years.

It is a beautiful facility. My husband and I attend Wayne’s and Mary’s Pickleball class on Thursday mornings and it is awesome. Everyone there is so friendly and encouraging.

Have made so many friends. Love my Body Pump class with Cindy H. Her enthusiasm makes every class so much fun. She never has a bad day!
