My first experience was with a tour with Kathleen. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable. Love the staff at the front desk when I come in. I have started with Splash 1 classes. I love the instructors and the exercises are really helping me. I have made new friends as well. I can see that there are opportunities for me to try other things when I am ready.
I am 70 years old and this is my first experience with a "gym". I was hesitant to make the leap but family who are members kept encouraging me. I am so glad that I did!

I really feel this is a "family oriented facility" where I can bring my grandson and not have to worry about the stresses of the outside world. I like the fact there is no alcohol and the world revolves around the children. Thank you for operating such a facility!

I like the atmosphere, professional yet friendly and a staff always ready to help answer questions or find answers when not knowledgeable at the time.
I like the progressive attitude to make things better even in the smallest of ways.
I sense a forward motion to keep the facility clean in spite of the laziness of some members.
There needs to be a way to keep members from using various media applications while setting on equipment while others wait to use.
There needs to be a regular checking of carpeted areas within the equipment for dirt eg. leg press, back extension machines.
As you can readily tell I am a big fan of the Y.
